    Affordable Swimming lessons for tamariki

Every child in NZ should have access to affordable swimming lessons. Increasing fees for this will put it more out of reach. They are already steep for many families (though an excellent service). Of all the suggested fee increases, this one seems off the mark. Learning to swim is a safety issue for all New Zealanders

Safe, available drinking water. Wastewater discharged to land. Infrastructure aligns with growth. Community hubs / facilities/parks

Plus decent enough roads, don't have to be TG standard but decent enough to travel on, safe, crossings in place, no massive potholes.

Removing obstacles to the installation of composting toilets

The district's water resources are valuable. Flush toilets use a huge amount of water while composting toilets do not. With modern designs composting toilets do not smell and are not a health or other risk. There should be no obstacles from council to installing composting toilets.

Look at other ways to raise funds for council. Think outside the box.

    E.g. Run events etc
